Good Morning Mr. Gastesi,

Please allow me to first introduce myself:
My name is Richard (Dick) Beal, I own SkeeterS marine, a retail marine store on Big Pine Key.

I'm writing to ask if you would please set up a Big Pine Key town meeting ASAP after you take over as county administrator. I have to say very openly to you, I'm very dissatisfied that you spoke at the Big Pine Key Civic Association meeting before having an open meeting for the general public. I realize you were ask to do so and obviously felt it necessary to comply but my feeling is it would have been best to simply pass for a meeting of all the people and not a special interest group first.
That being said, I do look forward to us meeting in person and discussing all the issues of Big Pine. I have been very outspoken about Big Pine never receiving our fair share of county government and look to the future for improvements in that regard.
I'm very sure county staff can give you a fast overview on me. (hoping some would even be positive)
